For the past 40 years, we have proudly served the greater Elkhart County region by providing expert safety and security consultation, mobile security patrols, stationary security, and executive protection services.

President and owner Kris Seymore retired from the Elkhart Police Department in 2023 after serving over 25 years, the last 3 as Chief of Police. Kris held every rank, and also served in several capacities including over 10 years as a Homicide Investigator, 7 years in SWAT and various undercover and uniform patrol roles. Prior to becoming a police officer, Kris served in the US Army as an Army Ranger. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice, and continued his education in Business Administration at Bethel University.

Elizabeth Seymore is the Operations Manager at Tri-State protection since 2020. She has extensive security experience in both civilian and campus safety, including working for a world renowned university in high priority security assignments. Her speciality is 911 Emergency Dispatching and emergency service coordination.
